At Five Years Forward (5Y4WD), we believe that the foundation for a successful future begins with the right guidance today. We are an organization dedicated to empowering teens and young adults with the life skills they need to navigate the critical stages of young adulthood. Through a variety of interactive workshops and events, we provide tools and insights that many of us wish we had during our own journeys.
Our focus areas include career counseling, financial literacy, interview skills, career exposure, dressing for success, and more. By equipping the next generation with these essential skills, we help them plan for the next five years with confidence and intentionality.
Powered by a network of passionate professionals who volunteer their time and expertise, and supported by private sector sponsorship, 5Y4WD strives to inspire and energize young people to boldly step forward, fully prepared for what lies ahead. Our mission is to give them a leg up, helping them turn potential into possibility and dreams into reality.

Our founder:
Ana-Kaye Green Marshall
Ana-Kaye Green Marshall, born in Jamaica and living in St. Lucia since 2017, is an accomplished investment professional with a career spanning over 13 years. She holds a BBA in Finance & International Business and an MBA in Banking & Finance. Currently, she serves as the Chief Treasury Officer of Proven Group Limited.
Ana-Kaye is also the founder of Five Years Forward (5Y4WD), an initiative she dreamed of for years. Reflecting on how she stumbled into her own career, she realized that as a young person, there was much she didn’t know about navigating adulthood. This inspired her to create 5Y4WD, with the goal of helping teens and young adults make intentional plans for their future.
Beyond her professional roles, Ana-Kaye is passionate about leadership, empowerment, and the arts. She enjoys family life, being married, and raising her daughter in St. Lucia.
